So when strange windows begin appearing in people’s vision, warning them they have three days until ‘Full Initialization’, she just does what she always does. She prepares. 
When the countdown ends, extinction never comes. Instead, the world gets monsters and mana, and its people get the System. Most people panic, some people adapt, and a few even thrive. In the midst of chaos, Scarlet sees opportunity. There’s a gap in the market. One an information broker like her is uniquely qualified to fill. The rules have changed, and nobody knows what they are.
