I Accidentally Became the Demon Lord’s Landlord

When overworked apartment manager Milo Bell dies trying to fix a vending machine at 3 a.m., he wakes up in the fantasy world of Asterfall with the least heroic class imaginable: Cosmic Landlord. His “overpowered” ability lets him claim abandoned buildings, repair them instantly, summon appliances from Earth, and charge magical rent. Unfortunately, his first property is a crumbling castle currently occupied by the feared Demon Lord, who is actually a broke, exhausted woman hiding from her own evil generals.

With a sarcastic slime accountant, a paladin princess who thinks Milo is a dark mastermind, a dragon girl obsessed with hot baths, and a growing army of tenants who pay in gold, favors, and questionable vegetables, Milo turns the cursed castle into the most profitable neutral city in the world. But when the summoned heroes, corrupt kingdoms, and demon generals all decide his little rental empire is too dangerous to ignore, Milo discovers the fine print of his class: every property he owns makes him stronger—and someone already owns the entire world.
