When overworked apartment manager Milo Finch dies saving a delivery drone full of limited-edition snacks, he wakes up in another world with the least heroic cheat skill imaginable: Absolute Lease Authority. Anything he legally rents, lends, or sublets becomes bound by magical contract—including haunted castles, cursed swords, monster dens, and, accidentally, the dreaded Demon Lord herself.
