Story updates! Chapters 22-28 have some rewrites!

Your comments, complaints, suggestions, and grievances do not fall on deaf ears. I have read every single one, and see exactly where you all are coming from.

I’d thought I was doing something cool, making a fun rival that people could love to hate, but really I just made an annoying dickhead that screwed over Caleb in a really unsatisfying and illogical way (And it made Caleb seem like a pushover for allowing it). In hindsight it was quite an obvious misstep, but I was a newbie author and was still learning what I was doing (and still am learning what I am doing. this whole writing thing is hard haha).

Anyway, I have edited chapters 22-28 (and I am editing many future unreleased chapters) to try and fix these issues. Hopefully making things a lot more fun and satisfying.

My goal as an author is, and will always be, to make a fun story. I apologize for failing in that regard and will do my best to make things right.

To those of you that still enjoyed the story and kept reading: Thank you so much, I appreciate each and every one of you, and I hope that these changes will only make the story even more enjoyable as it goes forward.
