As Rob took his first steps back into the jungle, he quickly reviewed his new updated Profile now that he was level 5. He was very pleased with how all of his stats were growing. With his one available skill point, he decided to put it in Perception, rounding it out from 19 to 20.

He grinned at the Profile with his improved stats.

He was amazed to see how much his Health, Stamina, and Aether had grown since the start of the Tutorial. He was even pleased to see his number of System Credits growing, not that it was very clear how or when he would get to spend them, or if he even could.

He closed his Profile as soon as he came across the first slain Jungle Lizard body from his previous fight.

He narrowed his focus and thought, “loot”, at the body.

    Jungle Lizard (Dead)

    Lootable Items:

    Jungle Lizard Meat

    Lizard Hide

    Lizard Bones

Do you wish to take all of the lootable items? Yes/No?

Rob paused. He loved looting. He loved all the loot in front of him, but the logistics behind storing all of these items was beginning to agitate him more and more. He was close to not looting the Jungle Lizard corpse at all, because he just didn’t want to see a bunch of random crap appear on the ground without him being able to use it.

Okay, System, Rob thought, if you refuse to give me an inventory, I have to take matters into my own hands.

He focused on the Jungle Lizard once more and chose to loot only the Lizard Hide. Soon after, a dried reptilian hide appeared over top of the Jungle Lizard, its skin faded away from its corpse leaving it frighteningly down just to its flesh and skeleton.

Rob picked up the hide and quickly went over to the other slain Jungle Lizards and specifically looted their hides. He observed that the Jungle Lizards didn’t all carry the exact same loot, which was interesting, but he would loot them properly once he was done with his current task.

He then looked to the trees and ripped off some vines.
