Noble Blood – A Vampire Reincarnation Story

What is a noble son supposed to do when he is shunned by the family, sent away to the middle of nowhere? When neither divine intervention nor folk remedy can change the circumstances of his birth?

The answer probably shouldn’t be ‘consort with demons and participate in a ritual supposed to cure you at the urging of your only friend’. This particular lordling thought differently.

Now he’s dead and I’m stuck in his body instead. Great. It beats dying again, but how long can I stay alive?

Potentially quite a while, since the ritual turned my new body into a vampire. As long as I don’t get killed by taking a daytime stroll, or starve, get hunted down, involved in political infighting or eaten by monsters. Piece of cake.

First I’ll have to get away with this whole ritual thing though. And keep my soul while I’m at it.

What to expect:

– Vampire MC (if that wasn’t obvious already), with corresponding strengths and weaknesses

– Weak-ish to strong (stronger than a normal human to start with, but that’s a low bar)

– Infrequent action in the beginning

– Exploration of magic and powers

– Building up a set of allies ‘in the know’ over time

– Political and social maneuvering

– No system
